Best Food for Restaurants and Hotels
Nowadays, it is hard to find a game that will make a massive difference in the gaming world, and that will be finger pointed and prised. Games simply come and go, they get to the top of their career, to the peak of the graph mountain, and a sudden vanishing happens, and they are nowhere to be found. But there are games that have endured the punching of time on their content, graphics and design, and are able to stay longer on the market, and in the players’ hearts.
There are many examples of these kinds of games, where we can put any game on BingoScanner.com or Angry Birds-themed games, but today we are going to talk about one classic game called Plants Vs. Zombies.
Plants VS Zombies created a hype that was well accepted all over the world. This game is one of the cheapest games that can be found on the market (Less than a dollar) but still managed stick around for a really long time.
When it comes to the gameplay of the game, Plants VS. Zombies is something similar to tower defence, except this game the zombies are going towards the object in a straight, forward line. You are playing with the plants, and your goal is to build and plant plants in order to stop the zombies from reaching the left side of the screen.
The more you play, the more advanced the zombies are becoming, and it’s harder for you to stop them. They will come walking, running, flying on balloons and with helmets and other protective items on them. As you go through the game, the level will get higher and higher. But you also have a nice army of flowers that you can use for the zombies. As the game goes by, it becomes dark, and in dark different flowers are used to stop the zombies, which are more effective in the dark. A rather interesting gameplay that may take several attempts for you to figure out how to play, but eventually you will get the deal.
Even though it’s a game about zombies, the graphics make I look great, and it sounds fantastic as well. This game has nice visual effects and soothing music which contributed to the game’s popularity and it’s one of the reasons why it still stays on the peak after many years.
Plants VS. Zombies is a fantastic game you have to try. With a unique gameplay that inspired many of the later top games like Tower Defence and many other similar games on mobile platforms, it can surely cope with the giant games, although it’s one of the smallest games that managed to still be played after such time. Other quick play, puzzle, mini-games that are with the same, or even larger size managed to go down and vanish, but Plants VS. Zombies is something that you should definitely try. Bloom the flowers, stop the horde of the zombies and get the best high-score to brag to your friends.
One of the most interesting aspects of travelling is getting the opportunity to try the cuisines from around the world. Sometimes, not all foods that we come across appeal to our taste, but they definitely appeal to the taste buds of people who eat them. That is why some of them may be considered by some people as bizarre foods that are hard to swallow. To give you a taste of what is considered as bizarre foods by westerners, we have compiled a short list of the most unusual foods that you may come across when travelling.
Considered as pests in most parts of the world, these speedy insects are a steady part of the diet in many Asian countries. There are even farms in China that are breeding millions of cockroaches a year for human consumption. It is the first time in human history that insects have been bred at such a large scale in a confined indoor space. Deep fried in oil, cockroaches are one of the most popular snacks in Asia. Their popularity is so great that they even have their own slot game, Las Cucas Locas, which can be found at www.slotswise.com.
Bird’s Nest Soup
Another bizarre dish which is particularly prized in China due to the rarity of the nests and exquisite flavour. The nests are created by edible-nest swiftlets using solidified saliva. These edible nests are listed as one of the most expensive animal products consumed by people. Depending on the grading of the nests, their price can go up to about $2,000 per kilogram. When dissolved in water, the nests have a gelatinous texture which is used for a soup or a sweet soup. This delicacy is prepared by placing the nest in a ceramic container with minimal addition of water and sugar or salt and double steamed.
Roasted Guinea Pig
One of the dishes that you must try when in Peru is the cuy (pronounced “kwee”), which is a roasted guinea pig. Better known as a domesticated pet in the West, this rodent mammal has been a staple in the Andean diet for almost 5,000 years. It is so popular that it even has its own national holiday which is celebrated on the second Friday of October. They require little space for breeding and a simple diet of vegetable scraps, which makes them ideal to farm. The most common way of cooking is by roasting them whole, with their head, ears, teeth and other parts left intact. They are doused in garlic and salt to make the skin crispier.
San-nakji is a variety of raw dish made with long arm octopus usually found in Korea. The small octopus species is called nakji in Korean which is sometimes translated as baby octopus due to the relatively small size compared to the giant octopus. The octopus is killed before being cut in small pieces, but the nerve activity in the tentacles make them appear ‘live’. Although less common, you can find places where a live octopus is eaten whole.
According to most studies, and as obvious as it could be, Seniors are the ones that are playing the most bingo. Whether it’s because they enjoy playing it, they are having a good time with their friends, maybe it used to be popular back in the days so they got used to it, or it’s just an activity to do to fill up their free time with something challenging and exciting. Since their time for playing sports and physical activities that will trigger the adrenaline has passed, they are seeking for something that can replace that feeling, and betting with money evokes similar feelings to those.
On the other hand, playing bingo has several advantages and healthy reasons that are great for the elderly people, and many doctors and therapists are encouraging the bingo, almost all senior houses already have bingos in their weekly schedule, many online sites are offering the same user-experiences for elders playing from home such as Blog.SecretSlots.com, so let’s see the reasons behind this.
- Hand-to-eye coordination
It is inevitable, and unneglectable, that the reflexes and hand-to-eye coordination decline as the age pass by, therefore seniors may, and will, have problems with it. This is perfect practice for the coordination, and fast reactions, whether it’s online or on the table. The speed and the repetitive nature of the game allow the seniors to practice and maintain a high level of both, reflexes and coordination.
- Boosting Cognitive Abilities
The second healthy reason to play this game is the improvement of cognitive abilities. Here we have the mental flexibility, the sharpness of the brain, the short-term memory and the information input of your brain. All of the above-stated are practised and repeated with each number of the bingo and will remain to do so if the elders remain to play bingo. Statistics show that bingo players perform much better than non-bingo players in mental tests where speed, memory and information input are tested.
- Physical health
A lot of laughter, funny moments and excitement are what this game can offer. The general health can be improved as laughter is known for a good medicine for stress relief, boosting the immune system, changing the body and the wrinkles, or even diminishing some pain.
If seniors want to be healthy, they need to be socialized and maintain a good friendship with other elderly people with the same goals and ambitions. This is perfectly done while playing this game, and with most of the bingo players tend to get to know each other outside the bingo game as well, this is the perfect occasion for new friends.
- Accelerates Healing
Studies show that elderly people with recent surgeries and heavier sicknesses recover faster after playing bingo and had less time spent in the hospital after the surgery. With all the positive attributes that we mentioned above having a major impact, like socializing, laughter, positive fun times, it is inevitable that they also help with the acceleration of the recovery period, therefore Bingo is always a good idea after a surgery!

Summer time is coming and that means time to shift the diet towards lighter stuff, with minimum amounts of fat and heavy on the vegetables. There are hundreds of recipes to pick from but if you are looking for something unique you must check out the following fusion kitchen recipe.
How to Make Pindjur (peen-jour)
Pindjur is a Macedonian summer dish. It is light, nutritious and bursting with flavor. For the experienced cooks the tedious part of the preparation will mean a good challenge and for everyone else it may turn into a nightmare. So, don’t try this unless you really want it. Pindjur is made of eggplants, long green peppers and tomatoes. To feed two moderately hungry people you will need one eggplant, five or six peppers and one tomato. You will also need garlic and a little bit of parsley.
Bake the Peppers
First thing first, you must put the peppers, the eggplant and tomato inside the oven at plus or minus, 120 degrees. Remove the skin of the eggplant if you wish. Have a nylon bag ready because you will be putting the peppers inside. Once the vegetables are done cooking (about 40 minutes) put the peppers inside the nylon bag and tie the handles. Let them stay for about ten minutes so they become. In the meantime peel the tomato’s skin and cut the eggplant in strips because later you will turn it into paste by mushing it with a pestle or a fork. Now the peppers. Remove them one by one and peel the skin. Remove the handle and the seeds if you wish, although they may be inside the Pindzur as well. When you have peeled the peppers put them inside a mortar or a deep dish and mix them with the eggplant and the tomato.
Make the Mush
Turn everything into a good mush. The ingredients need to become like a liquid paste. Throw in two thumbs of garlic (three if you are a fan, four if you are garlic lover) inside the mortar and turn that into mush also. Throw it into the dish with the mushed vegetables. Now mix everything together and add salt and a little bit of parsley that you will need to chop up. Now, put some cooking oil (olive or sunflower) inside a pan. Measure the amount by getting a small glass cup and add two or three fingers of oil. Fry the oil and when it starts sizzling pour it over the mass of peppers, eggplant and tomato. Then mix with a wooden spoon and when you have mixed it enough you will throw it inside the pan to let the stuff bind the flavors together. Keep on the fire for no more than three minutes. Now you have yourself a good pindjour. Get some hard white cheese and enjoy while it lasts.
Once you have had this great summer meal, kick back and relax. And if you are in the mood for scoring some cash or getting the thrill of a casino game, play some slots machines at www.secretslots.com
It is a widespread stereotype that gamers tend to eat and drink unhealthy foods and drinks. We’ve all seen such TV series as South Park where gamers are portrayed as fat middle-aged guys sitting in their parents’ cellar chugging gallons of soft drinks and eating pizza or some other greasy food. This may have been true in the past, but nowadays gamers seem to be more health conscious. Modern gamers tend to be more active and eat healthier since they sit down and play long hours. Many casino destinations feature good restaurants with amazing food and great service and generally we can conclude that playing slots or card games goes well with food. It is known that the Earl of Sandwich came up with the idea for the sandwich while he was playing cards, so he could have one hand free to play cards.
At most land-based casinos you won’t be able to enjoy a meal while you’re playing cards or slots, and they won’t even let you bring a sandwich with you. On the other hand, if you play online slots, at on your laptop, your desktop computer, or on your smartphone or tablet, you will be able to eat whatever you want, provided that the food you eat can be held in one hand.
Sandwiches & More
Fortunately for those who love to eat while playing online slots, the sandwich isn’t the only dish that can be held in one hand, i.e. that doesn’t require a fork and a knife, or a spoon. Let’s have a look at all dishes that you can eat whilst playing slots or other online casino games.
Bacon & Egg Cups
This is a simple and easy dish that you can cook in a matter of seconds. All you need is wide thin slices of bacon that you can put in a muffin tray, just press them inside the cavity and then crack an egg inside each of them. Bake them for a few minutes, let them cool then take them off the backing tray. These bacon and egg cups can be eaten as snacks. It is possible to make them with ham instead of bacon if that’s what you prefer.
Cucumber Roast Beef Sandwiches
Don’t let the name fool you, we don’t mean a type of sandwich where you put cucumbers and beef into a bun – no, here the cucumbers play the role of a bun, so you put the beef meet inside cut and peeled cucumbers. This is a very convenient sandwich as it is quite easy to hold in one hand and bite on it, without making a mess. Just make sure that you can cut the beef into thin slices that will fit inside the cucumber.
This Mexican dish has become really popular in the past few years and the reasons are quite obvious – firstly, the quesadillas are delicious and secondly, it is not difficult to prepare them. Plus, every Mexican takeaway offers quesadillas, plus there are many different varieties, including vegetarian versions.
Online Casinos – Convenient and Perfect for Foodies
See, the fact that you can enjoy your favourite comfort food while playing slots is one very strong reason why online casinos are better than land-based operators. So, if you’re looking for an online casino, head to www.slotswise.com and you will find the best online casinos, plus you will be able to claim a nice bonus on signup. Last time we covered some of the best restaurants in Monte Carlo, but now we give you a lot more convenient and a quite cheaper option.
Good cuisine and casino entertainment simply go together. It might not be obvious to you at first thought, but it is the case. Firstly, there is no good entertainment without good food, which is why every entertainment resort includes restaurants. It is difficult to make decisions on an empty stomach and studies have shown that hungry casino patrons generally lose more money and make poorer decisions compared to players who have eaten prior to their gaming session.
If you find yourself in Monaco, remember that in addition to casino entertainment you can also treat yourself and your partner/friend to a lovely dinner or lunch at one of the prestigious and luxurious Monaco restaurants. Vice versa, if you go sightseeing in Monaco, and you wish to have a proper dinner as a perfect end to your day, consider visiting one of the casino resorts, where you can have a nice meal and try your luck on one of your favourite casino games.
Le Train Blue
Le Train Blue is an Italian restaurant within the Casino de Monte Carlo. It opens every day at 7pm and it closes when the respective casino closes. This is a traditional Italian restaurant, and from the dining area you will have a view of the beautiful and picturesque casino place. You will get free admission with a dinner reservation and you are advised to wear a jacket. The average set menu prize is about £65, drinks not included.
If you like Italian food you will definitely enjoy Le Train Blue, and we would definitely recommend you try the scampi.
The Circus is another recognisable Monte Carlo restaurant, located within the Sun Casino complex. The menu and all dishes are a sort of a fusion between Italian and French cuisine, and the place has a distinct charm and appeal. This is a slightly more expensive restaurant and you will need to pa at least £75 for an average menu, but you could get a bottle of wine for about £30 which is not too expensive for Monte Carlo standards.
In addition to dining, this venue offers other forms of entertainment, including great circus and magic shows which will definitely capture your attention.
Land-Based Vs Online Casinos
Visiting a vibrant location like Monaco, Las Vegas or Macau will certainly be an exciting experience, especially for those who love good food and casino games, but there is a simpler way. With the popularisation of online slots, it is possible to play your favourite slots and other casino games in the comfort of your own home, or even on your mobile phone, while you’re waiting for a bus or a train.
Online casino gaming is a lot more convenient and a lot less expensive. You can wager as much as you look and instead of spending dozens of pounds on lavish meals you can order your favourite takeaway for few quid.
Check on www.slotswise.com where you will find reviews of the best online slots. There are multiple safe and trustworthy casinos featured on the website, where you can try out your preferred slot games.
Londoners have a long-time love affair with Indian food. In fact, many of the dishes that are considered to be Indian classics are actually product of the attempts of Indian chefs to create dishes that will be more appealing to Brits, the iconic Chicken Tikka Masala is one obvious example of that.
There are hundreds, even thousands of Indian and Indian inspired venues in London, so it is really hard to name the best ones, not to mention that a short list wouldn’t do justice to many high-quality, unique and affordable Indian restaurants. However, we’ve decided to make a list of five restaurants that are definitely worth visiting.
Darbaar is a luxurious Indian restaurant located in Shoreditch, on Snowden Street. The banquets and royal dinners that took place at Indian royal courts are the main inspiration for the chefs of Danbaar. The menu is quite diverse, you will find quinoa salad, fish and chips with mushy peas, as well as dried-fruit side dishes and a lot more. The breads are baked in an actual wood oven which gives them a distinct flavour. One thing that we definitely recommend is the nanza – a great pizza and naan crossover. There are plenty of different options, including chicken.
Taste of Nawab
Taste of Nawab is an Indian and Bengali restaurant, established in 1996, located in Muswell Hill. The menu includes starters, tandoori specialties, biriani dishes (they use an alternative spelling for biryani), Bengali specialties, Thali specials, various curries, traditional dishes, vegetable sides, rice dishes, sundries, breads, desserts and you will also find a long list of Chef’s recommendations.
We would recommend the King Prawn Biriani for less than £12 or the Egg Biriani for £8.50. If you prefer Tandoori, then you’ll surely enjoy the Lamb or Chicken Tikka for £6.80 or the Tandoori Mixed Grill for £11.50. If you fancy Bengali dishes, then you must try the Torkari – a lamb or chicken dish with coriander, garlic, ginger and mint.
Kricket is a Soho restaurant that started a popup in Brixton. It took them less than two years to open their first restaurant. They use British ingredients, but they deliver authentic Indian flavours, Kricket is the place where London meets Mumbai. You’ll find a variety of dishes, including Keralan chicken, and tandoori-cooked Monkfish. There is a spectre of vegetarian dishes, including Date and Tamarind Chutney, Crispy Onions, Smoked Sweet Potato and more. If you like to try to cook some of their innovative dishes at home, the chef, Will Bowlby has also written a cookbook.
Flora Indica is a name that was borrowed from an old book which catalogued numerous Indian vegetables and other plants which weren’t known in the West prior to that. The restaurant uses a lot of these plants in their recipes. The menu is quite unusual, you will find Pickled Octopus, Cooked Duck with Coconut and Potato Sauce and they also serve an amazing Prawn Curry. For £44 per person you can enjoy a dish from every section of the menu.

With each new year, many people are pledging to eat healthier or slim down to a healthier weight. Some diets are constantly ranked among the best diets to achieve these goals with a few occasional newcomers.
Many of these diets have been prepared by food and health experts taking into consideration a variety of measures. Some of these measures include how easy it is to follow the diet in question and the ability to help a person lose weight. Another important measure is the safety of the diet for the overall health.
When all this is taken into consideration, the diets can be scored to help determine the top diets. Aside from the best overall diet, the diets have also been ranked as the best diets for healthy eating, weight loss, etc.
The lowest ranking diets were the Dukan Diet and the Keto Diet, which shared the last place. The Keto Diet is based on slashing carbs and filling up on fats in order to help the body enter a state of “ketosis”. During this state, the body breaks down fats much faster. The Dukan Diet is heavy on rules and goes in stages, including a phase where a lot of proteins are eaten. These two diets have been rated as extremely hard to follow.
Here is our list of the best diets for this year:
Based on the eating habits of people living in Mediterranean countries, this meal plan is named Mediterranean. The Mediterranean Diet is high in fruits and vegetables, as well as healthy fatty foods like fish, nuts and olive oil. This diet is also said to be linked to better health and longevity.
Designed to help people lower their high blood pressure, the DASH diet is characterized by a mix of lean protein and low-fat dairy. It also combines fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. People opting for this diet are advised to avoid saturated fat, sweets, sugary beverages, full-fat dairy and to eat less salt overall.
The term flexitarian is a blend of the words flexible and vegetarian. This diet encourages people to eat mostly vegetarian meals for better health but doesn’t require cutting out meat entirely.
This diet is especially popular and is promoted by many celebrities. Each food is given a certain number of points, and people are given a total number to aim for each day. Foods that are high in nutrients and are filling are awarded fewer points overall, while foods like sweets are high in points.
This diet is a mix of DASH and the Mediterranean diet and is supposed to prevent Alzheimer’s disease and help protect the brain. People on this diet are encouraged to eat from about 10 brain-healthy food groups. These food groups include nuts, berries, beans, whole grains, fish, poultry, green leafy vegetables, other vegetables, olive oil and wine. They are also advised to avoid foods from five food groups: butter and stick margarine, cheese, red meats, sweets and fried or fast food.
